Our Store Policies In General
Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.  

We also accept PayPal which is our preferred method of payment. For more information click on
PayPal payments.

For all orders paid with PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our account. All refunds will be sent back to your PayPal account, if you have one, or credited back to your credit card by PayPal.

Also accepted are US money order, cashier's check and personal check only from US banks or financial institutions. However, we will not ship your order until your cashier's check or personal check have cleared our bank. Please expect a delay of 10 days before shipment of your order if you chose this method of payment.  Please make money order of check payable to:

Refund & Return Policy

A refund, or credit, for the cost of the merchandise will be issued when the merchandise is returned within 10 days of receipt. We will only refund the shipping cost if the return is due to an error made by us.  Otherwise, the shipping cost will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the shipping charges plus a 10% shipping and handling fee.

Orders Paid by Personal Check or Money Order.
There are no refunds for all orders paid with a check or money order. A store credit will be issued. You will receive a store credit code via email.

If the item you received is damaged, please
contact us right away within 72 hours to make arrangements for returning the item to us. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping of the item to be returned. When returning the item, please put your Order # and the item name you are returning. Once we receive the broken item, we will either issue you a refund or replace the item free of charge, depending on your choice. Please return the damaged item to:

Customer Satisfaction

If the product you ordered from our Specialty Shops should happen to arrive defective, or somehow fail to meet any of your expectations, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we'll gladly replace it, credit its value towards another item, or provide you with a complete refund. Your choice!

Shipping Policy

Every order shipped by us is fully insured against loss, pilferage and damage.  If you receive a damaged product from us, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy above.

Your order will usually ship the same business day or no later than
24 hours from the time your order is placed on our website, except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. If your order does not ship within 24 hours, our customer service will promptly notify you via email explaining the delay.

iGlobal-USA ships worldwide but we require that you contact us first before ordering so we can quote you the correct shipping and packaging charges, including shipping insurance coverage is so desired.
